Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

  1. The promotion is for a pre-start allowance (“the voucher”) of $5,000 (five thousand dollars) for any TERRACE by Perceptions building contract.
  2. This promotion is only valid to be redeemed for PWA’s (Preliminary Works Agreement) signed between 11 February 2019 and 1 April 2019 by clients who are a holder of a TERRACE upgrades voucher.
  3. The promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer from TERACE, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. The $5,000 pre-start allowance cannot be redeemed for money or discount off the building contract. The voucher can only be used with TERRACE.

Terms & Conditions of Competition

Terrace’s SMEG Kettle and Toaster” competition will enter all paper registrations received via shopping centre leads into a box for a random winner to be drawn.

There is no cost to enter the competition.

The major prize will be drawn by Terrace via a random lottery. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 18 February 2019 at Terrace’s head office, Level 3 / 6 Bennett Street, East Perth, WA, 6004. This draw is open to the public.

Please read the terms and conditions of the competition carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume you have read the rules and that you agree to them.

Major prize – The drawn entry will win a SMEG 50’s style Kettle and a SMEG 4 Slice 50’s style Toaster. Choice of colour from: Cream, Black, White, Chrome, Red, Pink, Pale Blue, Pastel Green. This competition is not associated with Smeg.

The “promoters” decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The name of this competition is the “Terrace Kettle and Toaster Competition” (“Competition”). The draw for the Major Prize will be held at the Terrace head office, Level 3, 6 Bennett Street, East Perth, WA 6004 on 11am on Monday 18 February 2019. Entry into the Competition is free.
  2. The promoter of the Competition is Terrace by Perceptions trading as J-Corp Pty Ltd (ACN 009 063 076) (“Promoter”).
  3. The Competition commences at 8.01am 11 February 2019 (“Commencing Date”) and closes at 5:00pm on 18 February 2019 (“Closing Date”).
  4. For the purposes of the Competition, an “Entry” is effected by ONLY the following:

(a)        by completing all sections of, and submitting the “Terrace Kettle and Toaster Competition” form at a shopping centre;

(b)        Only one entry per person is permitted.

  1. For the purposes of the Competition each entrant, must:

(a)        be a natural person over the age of 18 years;

(b)        be an Australian permanent resident (or citizen) that resides in Western Australia;

(c)        not be otherwise excluded from the Competition by reason of the terms of paragraph 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Entry is not open to:

(a)        persons who qualify as employees of Terrace, and their immediate families;

(b)        any Person who may have worked on any aspects of the Competition on behalf of Terrace or any third party.

  1. The Promoter will be entitled to reject, and accepts no responsibility for:

(a)        late Entries;

(b)        incomplete entry forms; and

(c)        any Entries where the entrant has submitted more than one entry.

  1. If there is any doubt or dispute as to whether or not a person is an entrant pursuant to clause 6, or is excluded by clause 7, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. The winning entry will be scrutinised by the Promoter after the draw of the winner, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Competition any entry that the Promoter considers does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Should a prize winner not meet the competition criteria outlined in these terms and conditions then the draw will be repeated until a winner that meets all criteria outlined in these terms and conditions is drawn.
  4. The prize winner must provide suitable identification (and proof of eligibility) to the Promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim any prize.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant whom they consider may have manipulated the entry process (including by the submission of multiple entries) or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Entrants Information:

(a)        By entering the Competition you give Terrace consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotions until you say otherwise.

(b)        All entries become the property of Terrace. Terrace collects your personal information (“PI”) to contact you in relation to requests for further information.

(c)        All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by Terrace.

(d)       Terrace may, unless you advise otherwise, use the PI for future promotional and marketing activities.   1. If an entrant chooses to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
  2. Liability

(a)        The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is caused or attributed (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any prize awarded, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

(b)        The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).

(c)        Should the Promoter cancel the Competition the Promoter will:

(i)         advertise that the Competition has been cancelled by placing a notice on the Terrace website at www.terracewa.com.au;

(ii)        promptly destroy all entries received; and

  1. Date and Place of Major Draw

(a)        The draw on the Major Prize will occur at 11am on Monday 18 February 2019 at the Terrace head office, Level 3, 6 Bennett Street, East Perth, WA 6004.

(b)        The winner will be called using the contact number provided on the entry form, once contact has been made the winner will be announced via Facebook.

(c)        If the winning entrant is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the draw, the entrant will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.

(d)          The draw is open to the public.

  1. Any decision the Promoter makes with regards to the Competition is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Ambia Estate $20,000 Ultimate Inclusions Package

The name of this promotion is the ‘Ultimate Inclusions Package’ (“Promotion”).

The Promotion commences on 6 August 2018 and ends on 11:59pm 30 September 2018. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotion.   3. In conjunction with this promotion, Stockland Development Pty Ltd is providing a $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) rebate promotional offer. The terms and conditions of Stockland Development Pty Ltd’s offer can be found by contacting Stockland directly. This rebate will be applied to the purchase price payable by the buyer to Stockland under the Land Contract.
  4. Further, eligible buyers may be eligible for the $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) First Home Owners Grant provided by the Government of Western Australia.
