House and Land Packages advertised comprise of two separate pricing components: (1) House price and (2) Land price.

Prices specified may vary and be subject to change once all site works plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration. TERRACE and the owner of the land reserve the right to alter the home, land and site work prices.

House Prices:  On a typical site, the house price component of the advertised price includes: (a) the specified floor plan and specification; and (b) a site works allowance. Typical site conditions are subject to change following a detailed site specific analysis which includes, but is not limited to, a site survey and a soil classification report. The final house design is subject to change, based on site specific requirements that are beyond TERRACE’s control, including but not limited to, compliance with 6-star energy assessments, local Government requirements and developer covenants. Should you be interested in building a house with TERRACE, a sales representative will provide you with further information about the contracts and arrangements that you will be required to execute.

Land prices:  The land component of the advertised price includes the purchase price of the land. The advertised price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs, or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. TERRACE is not the owner of the land. TERRACE has permission from the owner of the land (Developer) to advertise the land for the price specified and the land owner reserves the right to alter the price of the land without notice. The information and pricing is correct at time of printing, but subject to change without notice. Occasionally the owner of the land (Developer) provides rebates to eligible purchasers. Vale and Whiteman Edge Promotion

  1. The date of this promotion is from 1 February 2020 to 31 March 2020.
  2. This promotion consists of a $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) discount off builds on selected blocks. This discount is applied by J-Corp Pty Ltd t/a Terrace Homes WA as an up front discount that will be represented on the PWA and building contract.
  3. In conjunction with this promotion, Stockland Development Pty Ltd is providing a $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) rebate offer. The terms and conditions of Stockland Development Pty Ltd’s offer can be found at https://www.stockland.com.au/residential/terms.
  4. Additionally, first homebuyers may be eligible for the First Home Owner’s Grant. Terrace Homes WA makes no representation as to a person’s eligibility for the grant and encourages applicants to seek independent financial advice.
  5. To be eligible for this promotion, a buyer must:
    1. Enter into a PWA and successfully subsequently sign a building contract with Terrace Homes WA between 1 February 2020 to 16 March 2020;
    2. Enter into a contract for Sale of Land of an ‘eligible lot’ as per Stockland Development Pty Ltd’s Terms & Conditions;
    3. Otherwise satisfy Stockland Development Pty LTd’s Terms & Conditions;
    4. Should there be two or more persons that enter into one (1) contract with Terrace Homes WA, for the purposes of the Promotion they are to be viewed as one client (and therefore only eligible to one payment).
  1. Terrace Homes WA is not the owner of the land. Terrace Homes WA has permission from the owner of the land (Stockland Development Pty Ltd) to advertise the land as part of a package.
  2. In total, should a purchaser meet the requirements of Terrace Homes WA, Stockland Development Pty Ltd and the State Government’s First Home Owner Grant, the total discount will be $30,000.
  3. This offer is not redeemable for cash.

Take your love to new heights PROMOTION

  1. The promoter of this competition is J-Corp Pty Ltd trading as Terrace Homes WA.
  2. There are three winning prizes for this competition: First Place – a $250 Crown Gift card; Second Place – a $150 Hoyts Gift Card; Third Place – a $100 Netflix Gift Card. The terms and conditions relating to each gift card can be found on the provider’s website.
  3. The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other special offers by Terrace Homes WA.
  4. This competition is open to WA residents only, who are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
  5. The competition runs from 3pm (WST) 13th February 2020 until 11pm (WST) 16th February 2020. The winners will be notified via Facebook/Instagram response to their entry on 17th February 2020 and, following their confirmation of age and WA residency, the winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram, including the name of the winners. All entrants agree to have their identity (via their first and last name) made public in the announcement of the winners.
  6. Should no response be received by a winner within three (3) days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
  7. The winning entries will be drawn at random on 17 February 2020 at the J-Corp Head Office, Third Floor, 6 Bennett Street, East Perth. This draw will be open to the public.
  8. Entry into this competition is as per and via the Facebook / Instagram status promoting the competition.
  9. The prize must be collected in person, during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm) from the J-Corp Head Office, Third Floor, 6 Bennett Street, East Perth.
  10. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. The decision of Terrace Homes WA shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Terrace Homes WA reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this competition, amend the rules or cancel the competition at any time, and without notice. Should the competition be cancelled, all entries received and personal information provided will be removed. Further, the cancellation will be advertised on Terrace Home WA’s website.
  13. Employees, relatives and associates of Terrace Homes WA and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
